My name is Flo Reynolds and I write things.
This blog will showcase my non-fiction writing, and possibly the occasional poem. I like writing creative-critically.
I’m interested in the arts, feminism, heritage, and green issues.
Professionally, I’m interested in how digital communications can help to regenerate and support the arts and heritage sectors. In academic terms, my interests lie in feminisms, women’s writing, poetics, critical theory, creative-critical practice, and intersections between literature and craft.
I’m a columnist for Parallel Magazine. I’m currently working on Scald, a zine about feminism and food, and a collaborative project on women’s creativity and hysteria. A teaser of this project is available here. I’m also founder-editor of Kumquat Poetry, which is currently on hiatus.
During the day, I work as an editorial assistant in a research unit, and am currently working on a book about medieval West Africa.
My CV can be found on my LinkedIn page.
